Clarkesville Water Service Line Self-Reporting

Dear City of Clarkesville Utility Customer,
                                            
The City of Clarkesville is working to make your water as clean as possible.  To that end and because of Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) requirements, we need to verify the type of material of your water service line. Please take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this self-reporting form at your earliest convenience. One form per 911 address.

If you are not able to check your pipes, please call (762) 230-3140 to arrange an appointment for someone to come and check them for you.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our office.
