How do I request a Court appointed attorney?

In certain circumstances, you may be eligible for a court appointed attorney at no cost to you.

Your case will not be heard until the application process has been completed.
The court will review your case and determine if you are eligible to submit an application.
A $50.00 application fee will be imposed but may be waived by the court.
Applicants will complete an application form and will be required to provide financial information.
You will be interviewed by court staff to determine eligibility.
The judge will review the application and make a ruling concerning the appointment of an attorney.
