PENALTIES FOR NON-PAYMENT
A penalty of 10% will be added each month to any delinquent bill that has not been paid by the 15th of each month. Failure to pay accounts that are 60 days past due may result in disconnection of all City utility services.

Residential Rates
All households will be charged $15.50 per month for the first garbage can picked up weekly, and $9.00 per each aditional can required by the residence. All residential units will pay a mandatory minimum garbage collection fee of $15.50 per month. Call-back or unscheduled pick-ups will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per pickup.

PUBLIC UTILITIES

Clarkesville's water supply is pumped from the Soque River and runs by gravity to the water plant on Sherwood Drive for purification.
